By downloading or using DisKash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the Service

DisKash is a platform that connects shoppers with local business specials. You may use DisKash only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. For Shoppers

• Specials are offered by independent businesses. DisKash is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or fulfilment of any special.
• Redemption of specials is subject to the terms set by each individual business.
• You may not create multiple accounts or abuse the signup/redemption system.

5. For Business Owners

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information in your business profile and specials.
• You must honour all specials you publish on the platform.
• Push notification credits are non-refundable once used.
• DisKash reserves the right to remove specials or accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The DisKash name, logo, and app design are owned by DisKash. You may not use them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

DisKash is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DisKash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
